The access openings for assembly control and cleaning as well as measurement must be provided in sufficient numbers and be accessible without risk. One must be able to dismantle and assemble parts which need to be exchanged under normal operating conditions, without structural alterations. The special tools required for this must be supplied along with this by the Agent. For the ease and guarantee safe transport, assembly and dismantling work, devices and all parts that can be lifted, must be provided with eyelets or such, which should be affixed as per the assembly conditions of the devices.
All assembly eyelets, support lugs and brackets must be designed to bear the total weight of the device. The weights of removable device parts must be visibly hammered in.
Further, the Agent must prepare lists of auxiliary media and lubricants based on the specifications of the Principal part B During the preparation of the overhaul concept, specifications corresponding to the processing guidebook Annex 11 must be taken into consideration. The report time span includes the period from the 26th of a month to the 25th of the following month.
The progress report must be available to the Principal by due date, latest up to the third working day of the following month. If the report is not handed over punctually, the Principal sets an extension time for the Agent. If the report is not available even after the extension, all deadline deviations within the time span of the report will be considered to be the fault of the Agent. Changes in costs must be quantified in relation to the positions stated in Clause 4. The Agent will keep the minutes simultaneously during the meeting, reconcile the contents with the Principal at the end of the meeting, adopt them, and distribute the report, initialled by all parties present and distribute it to all representing parties.
With regard to finalisation of technical details, the minutes of the meeting are binding on the Agent. Extensions leading to cost overruns of the scope of supply and services are not to be understood as "finalisation of technical details". The Agent shall inform the Principal about his the Agent's meetings with his suppliers or other third parties in connection with this project, by forwarding a report, even if the Principal has not made use of his right to participation as per Clause 1.
Holding of status talks by multimedia is not envisioned. The concept planning includes, amongst others, the layout, planning and calculations within the supply limits given under Clause 2. As part of the preliminary work for the approval applications and the required expert opinion, the Agent prepares all the documents for the approval of the FGD and does the preliminary work for acquiring the approval for the entire powerhouse.
This also applies to plans for fire, escape and rescue routes, zone plans for hazard and explosion protection, fire prevention, escape route and explosion prevention concepts.
